Mental Training
Supports mental and emotional wellbeing. This training helps you to establish new ways of thinking and behaving that are more beneficial to your everyday, working life.
Topics include goal work, how to develop your potential, conflict and stress management, mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
Healthy Nutrition
To promote health and vitality there will be joint online cooking sessions for you to take part in. You will learn information and tips on nutrition and eating well when you have a busy working life.
Movement & Balance
Our ideal movement method is for everyone – from beginners to advanced students. The units consist of alternate training and gentle movement sequences designed to help your body. Full-body workouts, cardio training, back training, stretching and relaxation exercises are all part of the package.
Within the program, you will improve your mental strength, physical health and improve your life-balance. We will teach you practical and simple solutions and alterations that you can make in your everyday life to better your wellbeing.
